Well… for those of you who were not blown away in yesterdays storm, today is the first day of our Tech Theta Speak Up for Kids CASA 5k training. Weather you plan to walk or run, now is the time to get up and get your gears going. This weeks exercise schedule is:
Week 1- On run/walk days, walkers walk only. Runners run for 15 seconds/ walk for 45 seconds.
Monday: Run/walk 30 min
Tuesday: Walk 30 min
Wednesday: Run/Walk 30 min
Thursday: Walk 30 min
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Run/Walk 3 miles (4.8 km)
Sunday: Rest/walk
